The Semi-Square Locked Tube (SSL) is a combination of a Semi-Interlocked tube (SI) and a Square Locked tube (SL). These tubes are connected firmer than Squared Locked conduits.The SSL tubes have almost no elasticity which provide an optimum protection for quartz and hollow type optical fibres.
